The Residences at Cardinal Woods in Granbury, TX is a pet-friendly community of single-family homes for lease. Dogs, cats and several other breeds are welcome with a maximum of two pets per home (unless otherwise approved by the Owner).

Each luxury home within The Residences at Cardinal Woods community features a fully equipped kitchen with modern, stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and microwave. A washer and dryer are also included in every home for your convenience.

Yes! Each home includes a private side yard, giving residents outdoor space to relax, entertain or enjoy time with your pet. Private courtyards include premium turf for effortless maintenance and year-round landscape appeal. Private courtyard maintenance is the responsibility of the resident according to terms of lease.
No. The Residences at Cardinal Woods does not require additional fees for community maintenance or landscaping. "Fully-maintained" means the community, including landscaping (outside of private courtyards), sidewalks, and publicly shared amenities, is professionally maintained by the property management company.
Each single-family luxury home within The Residences at Cardinal Woods is fully detached, with no shared walls, and includes its own private side yard for added privacy and comfort. Every private courtyard extends to the windowless wall of the adjacent residence to provide a sizable outdoor living area while maintaining resident privacy.
