The Residences at Cardinal Woods does not allow the following breeds or anything mixed with these breeds: Caucasian Ovchark, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, Akita Inu, Perro De Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, American Bulldog, Staffordshire.

Tenant is responsible for cleaning up any accidents, making necessary repairs caused by the pet to the inside or outside of the property, and is to pay for any damages caused by their animal.
